Remember, you can always speak with an adult you trust in the school: your Head of Year, Assistant Head of Year, tutor, teacher. Complete the Pastoral Referral Form here to request support. There is also our S@S Form for reporting if you or someone else has been made to feel unsafe.

The AFC (Anna Freud Centre) Crisis Messenger text service provides free, 24/7 crisis support for young people across the UK. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis and needs support, you can text AFC to 85258
The Oxfordshire School Health Nurses are offering online relaxation sessions on a Thursday from 4-4.20pm. The video and microphones will be off and it will simply be a nurse helping you to relax. You can sign up for this by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org with your name, date of birth and school name.
Remember that all your Google Meets with staff will be recorded to make sure that everyone stays safe online.
